Will my WhatsApp number get banned?

No. CricSmart uses the official Meta Cloud API, which is the approved way to send business messages. Unofficial WhatsApp bots risk getting banned — we don't use those.

Can players respond directly in WhatsApp?

Yes! Players can tap response buttons directly in WhatsApp. Their response is automatically recorded in CricSmart.

What about group messages?
