CricSmart provides digital software services for cricket organizers and communities. Paid offerings may include auction plans and software setup fees for onboarding, configuration, and support related to auction events or related platform usage.
3. Eligibility and Account Use
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during sign up, onboarding, and payment is accurate and complete. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices displayed on the website or shared during sales communication are in INR unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
- Access to paid services may begin only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
- You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes.
5. Delivery of Digital Services
Access is activated instantly after successful payment. In some cases, manual onboarding or configuration support may be provided after payment, but your purchase relates to digital services and not to any physical product shipment.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our refund policy available at /refund-policy. In summary, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment if the purchased service has not been used.
7. User Responsibilities
- You must use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- You must not upload harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
- You are responsible for ensuring your team, event, and payment data is lawful and accurate.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, design elements, and workflows provided by CricSmart remain the property of CricSmart, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
CricSmart is provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law,CricSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the platform, payment failures caused by third-party gateways, user errors, or event management decisions.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that harms other users, payment systems, or the business.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located inNoida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
