CricSmart provides digital services including auction plans and software setup services. Because these are digital and service-based offerings, refunds are subject to the usage status of the purchased service.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of successful payment, provided that the purchased service has not been used.
- Auction plan access must not have been used for a live or configured event.
- Software setup work must not have been initiated, consumed, or materially delivered.
- The refund request must be sent from the same contact details used during purchase, or with sufficient proof of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If platform access has already been used after payment.
- If onboarding, configuration, or setup work has already started or been completed.
- If the request is made after the 7-day refund window.
- If the payment dispute relates to misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Cancellation Requests
You may request cancellation before the service is used. If the service is still unused and the request falls within the refund eligibility window, we will process it as a refund request under this policy.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment provider.
