Post-Auction Analytics & Reporting
The auction is over, but the data tells a story. CricSmart's post-auction analytics dashboard gives you comprehensive insights into every aspect of your auction — from team spending patterns to individual player outcomes.
Team Analytics
For each team, see:
- Spent vs remaining: How much of the purse was used and what's left
- Role breakdown: How many batsmen, bowlers, all-rounders, wicket-keepers — is the squad balanced?
- Average price paid: Did the team overpay or find value?
- Most expensive buy: The marquee signing that defined their auction
- Biggest steal: Best value pick relative to expected price
This helps teams review their auction strategy and improve for next season.
Player Analytics
For the player pool, see:
- Most contested: Which player had the most bids and longest bidding war
- Highest sold: The biggest signing of the auction
- Unsold list: Players who didn't attract any bids — review why
- Price vs base: How much above base price each player sold for — measures demand
Auction Analytics
For the overall auction:
- Duration: Total time from first to last player
- Average bid time: How long each player took on average
- Bid velocity: Bids per minute — was the auction fast-paced or slow?
- Total spending: Aggregate across all teams
- Grade distribution: How spending was distributed across grades
One-Click Excel Export
Export everything to Excel with one click. The export is a multi-sheet workbook:
- Summary: Overall auction statistics and key metrics
- Team Rosters: Each team's full squad with prices
- Sold Players: All sold players with final price, team, and grade
- Unsold Players: Players who didn't sell, with base price
- Bid History: Complete log of every bid — who bid, how much, when, and outcome
Public Results Page
CricSmart generates a public results page that you can share via WhatsApp or social media. Anyone can view the final squads, top buys, and auction summary — no login needed. This is great for league transparency and social media buzz.

Auction Ends
When the last player is sold or marked unsold, the auction concludes. Analytics are generated automatically.
View Analytics Dashboard
Navigate to "Auction Analytics" in the admin panel. See team stats, player stats, and auction metrics.
Explore Team & Player Stats
Click into each team for roster breakdown. Check player analytics for most contested, highest sold, and unsold list.
Export to Excel
Click "Export Excel" for a multi-sheet workbook (summary, rosters, sold, unsold, bid history). Share or archive.
