Players see clean cricsmart.in/r/abc123 links — not 200-character URLs with query params. Short links are deterministic per player, so re-submission preserves the same link and hit count.
Multi-Organizer Fan-Out
Add multiple organizer phone numbers. Every registration fans out to all of them simultaneously. No organizer misses a registration, even if one is offline.
Resubmit Support
Rejected a player? They get a resubmit link. When they edit and resubmit, the organizer is automatically re-notified with the updated details. Old notifications are marked as superseded.
Idempotent & Deduped
No duplicate WhatsApp spam. The system guarantees at most one message per player per event. Even if the registration page is refreshed or the form is double-submitted, only one WhatsApp message goes out.

Every registration triggers an instant WhatsApp notification to all configured organizers. The message includes the player name, phone, registration number, timestamp, total registration count, and a direct link to review the player in the admin dashboard.
Review, approve, or reject from your dashboard
Click the review link in the WhatsApp message to open the player registration in the auction admin panel. Approve or reject with a single click. The player automatically receives a branded WhatsApp message with the decision — approval confirmation or rejection reason with a resubmit link.
