Multi-Admin & Access Control

Run auctions as a team. Invite co-admins, delegate tasks, and track everything with an audit log.

Collaborative Auction Management

For larger auctions or tournament committees, running everything alone is overwhelming. CricSmart's multi-admin feature lets you invite co-admins to share the workload — each with their own login, no password sharing needed.

Invite Co-Admins by Email

Send invitations by email. Each co-admin gets their own login tied to their email address. This is more secure than sharing a single password and provides accountability — every action is attributed to the admin who took it.

Delegate Tasks

Different admins can handle different parts of the auction:

  • Admin 1: Manages the player pool (import, grading, allocation)
  • Admin 2: Sets up teams, purses, and owner access
  • Admin 3: Runs the live auction (presents players, accepts bids, marks sold/unsold)

All admins see real-time updates — when one admin adds a player, the others see it instantly. There's no manual syncing or "refresh to see changes."

Access Control

The auction creator is the primary admin with full control. Co-admins can manage the auction but the primary admin can revoke access at any time. This ensures the organizer retains ultimate authority.

Audit Log

Every admin action is recorded in the audit log: who added a player, who changed a purse amount, who marked a player sold. This provides full accountability and is invaluable for resolving disputes or reviewing what happened during the auction.

Admin Undo Stack

Mistakes happen. CricSmart's undo stack lets admins reverse the last 3 player actions (sold/unsold marks) with full purse restoration. If you accidentally mark a player sold to the wrong team, you can undo it instantly — the player goes back into the pool and the team's purse is restored. This safety net gives admins confidence during high-pressure live auctions.
